Originally created to celebrate my birthday through a menu, this luscious pie was inspired by my favorite drink. Decadent flavors of caramelized pineapple, brown butter and Madagascar vanilla, balanced with the depth of cognac and a hint of sea salt. Topped with gold dust and some more bling.
